…as I always like to say.

The 5-month silence was so unlike social-networking, I know. We should have found unimportant things to “communicate” to you, pretending that they are important. Ah well, we didn’t. We were too preoccupied to a) take a short breath b) previewing the hundreds of films that arrived (we haven’t finished yet) and c)  conspiring for the 2012 event… Because the 7th SFF-rated ATHENS won’t be like the previous ones, oh no. There will be  important things to communicate to you indeed. But not just yet. Not just yet.  For now,

Foreign correspondence: SFF-rated ATHENS 2012 Calls for Entries!

Download the Rules and Regulations for the SFF-rated ATHENS 2012 event. Go here to submit your film.

For the March 2012 event we have added a new film category, Fan Films (shorts only), to check how your favorite SFF worlds inspire you. Also, we bluntly err on the side of filmmakers whose previous submission was selected to screen with us: if yours was, then you are entitled to a full waiver fee for the film that you are about to submit. Contact us to obtain the fee waiver code.

H περίοδος υποβολής υποψηφιοτήτων για το SFF-rated 2012 μόλις ξεκίνησε!

To 7ο SFF-rated ATHENS προγραμματίζεται να διεξαχθεί τον Μάρτιο του 2012 και δέχεται υποψηφιότητες για ταινίες μικρού και μεγάλου μήκους. Ταινίες απο την Ελλάδα και την Κύπρο, υποβάλλονται μέσω της πλατφόρμας Withoutabox ΔΩΡΕΑΝ (σε ειδικές κατηγορίες ακριβώς γι αυτόν τον σκοπό).

Παράλληλα έχει ξεκινήσει η παραγωγή της διπλής dvd-συλλογής με τις καλύτερες ταινίες μικρού μήκους από τις χρονιές 2010 και 2011. Θα είμαστε σε επαφή.
